𝐌𝐚𝐲𝐛𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮’𝐫𝐞 𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐛𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞.
Balance between the mental physical and spiritual perspectives.
As I see things, we have been conditioned to just use our mind in everything we do, we need to study, remember, and think and then take action.
The way I see things, doing things this way causes struggle, stress, anxiety and more often than not, not getting the outcomes we were looking for.
So…. what’s missing?????? a sprinkling of wu wu. Let me explain.
When we are running a business, we think we need to have everything in control, and we can overthink.
What may come from that is stress, and we are certainly not living in the present moment.
𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐰𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐧?????
Well…. We are either living in the memory of the past or stressing over a future possibility ( I say possibility because whatever you’re stressing about hasn’t even happened yet)
When I say stressing of course, we may be expecting, or worrying, basically thinking the worse case scenario. (sometimes)
When we realise this makes sense, that it might not be a great place to be to create your ideal end result right?????
As we all know, our power lies in the present moment. as that is all there is.
Although thinking is required to run a business, the way I see things is that we need to find that balance between thinking and unthinking.
If we have problems we won’t find the solution when we are thinking about them, isn’t it interesting that when we quieten the mind, the solutions tend to present themselves to us.
Or we sleep on it (let it go) and we have the solution in the morning.
So…. It seems to me that we need that balance.
Now….to be successful, we can’t stay in meditation, or unthinking as nothing will get done and therefore nothing will happen.
I personally believe this is where people misinterpret the law of attraction.
We live in a physical world so there are things that we need to DO.
When starting a business there can be lots of things to do.
But…. you can’t do them all at once.
AND I believe that you shouldn’t do them when you’ve been overthinking and are in a stressed state.
Our thoughts create feelings, the stronger the feeling creates more similar thoughts creating more similar feelings yes?
They manifest through you as actions and behaviour patterns yes?
Those consistent actions and behaviour patterns give us the results we are getting (manifestation in the physical world) yes?
So stress (from thought) manifests in our body with a hormonal response. cortisol is released.
𝐅𝐈𝐆𝐇𝐓 – 𝐅𝐋𝐈𝐆𝐇𝐓 – 𝐅𝐑𝐄𝐄𝐙𝐄
Those are the only choices at this stage, not coming up with new ideas on what to do next right????
So blood is pumped to the extremities, to the muscles, ready to either run away, stand and fight or freeze.
Except there’s no sabre toothed Tigre chasing you, but the same response is happening in your body.
So….. prolonged states of stress are no good for you mentally or physically, if all the energy is focused on pumping your heart and prepping your muscles, there’s less energy for digestion, nutrient absorption, healing.
𝐋𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐨𝐟 𝐬𝐥𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐚𝐝𝐝𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬
No wonder so many people are ill all the time. Obviously we don’t do this to ourselves deliberately, this is all unconscious, life can be stressful when we are not aware of this.
And we are not designed to remain in a constant state of stress for long periods of time.
So this is how the mental perspective affects your physical results.
What I found is that when I take action when I’m stressed, I’m not very productive, whereas when I think less and BE more I feel good then I take the action. I’m more productive and the results are better.
So it seems to me that finding that balance between the mental physical and spiritual, the thinking, the unthinking and THEN the DOING our actions and behaviour patterns are much better.
Therefore we are more productive and the end results are better.
This is why I believe that it’s so important to make time in your day to relax, meditate spend time just BEING, take a walk, find a way to feel good before you start DOING.
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞?
I’m not talking religion here, I’m not religious.
This is purely the way I see things. so… my truth at this present moment in time, with my level of awareness, feel free to add your own thoughts on this.
We are spiritual beings in a physical body having a human experience.
Universal source/energy/Higher Self whatever you wanna call it is within us.
Whether you believe this or not, you have to admit there is an intelligence that breathes for us pumps our heart does all the millions of processes that are needed to go on in our body every second of every day throughout our life, yet we have been conditioned to not trust it with other things.
We have been conditioned to think that we are in control of everything (EGO MIND) and we must remember and constantly think and worry about what needs to be done next.
This, in my opinion is the EGO. When people realise that they need to get out of their own way, this is what I think they’re talking about.
Relax, breathe and trust in the intelligence within.
When we UNTHINK and simply BE, all the solutions to all are problems present themselves, when we are busy thinking we can’t hear it.
𝐖𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐚𝐦𝐞 𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲.
𝐃𝐨𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐞?
If things aren’t working for you right now, you will only prove this to yourself by taking action on it.
We need strategies and processes and have daily tasks that need to be done at home and in our business.
All I’m saying is dance between these 3 perspectives for optimum results throughout your day.
